ontrac offers a variety of free one-on-one virtual or in person workshops to assist you with your job search.  Today ontrac is offering a day dedicated to soft skills.  Soft skills are increasingly desired by employers when hiring and are essential to thriving in a workplace.  We all have soft skills to offer but sometimes need help identifying them.  Attend this workshop to find out what soft skills are and which ones you excel at.  Identifying your own soft skills will help you in becoming a helpful and beneficial employee.
