Accessible Customer Service Standard Training (AODA)

Organizations and businesses are required to provide accessible customer service to people with disabilities. This free online training session provides information on the Accessible Customer Service Standards (AODA) and how to interact with and serve people with disabilities. Certificate provided upon successful completion.
